Warbonnet Creek Battlefield Site
Harrison, NE 69346
This battlefield site is said to be haunted by the spirits from its past. Witnesses have reported hearing running footsteps through the woods and voices that speak in strange languages, most likely Cheyenne. A green glowing mist has also been spotted near the monument that marks the battle.

Reviews
I, too, have experienced paranormal activity at Warbonnet. Several trips out there had me coming back with very interesting digital EVPs.
One, in particular, was a verbal response to a comment I made regarding the wind. While on top of the hill at the monument, I mentioned that it was a little breezy. Immediately following that comment on my recording was the statement, “Just a little bit.”
Other recordings were of gun shots, unintelligible voices, whooping type call (Indian?), and a metallic sound that reminded me of a sword being drawn (have recording of that same type of sound at Fort Robinson). I also thought I saw a darting movement through the brush near the creek itself.
About 100 yards in from the entrance I sensed a very strong energy presence. That was the only place I experienced that.
I also use a pendulum for my paranormal hunting. It was VERY active throughout the entire area.
