Fox Theatre - Real North Platte Haunted Place
This theater was built in 1929 by former Nebraska governor Keith Neville. The former Fox Theatre is now called the Neville Center for the Performing Arts and witnesses have claimed that a spirit causes sudden temperature drops and sometimes touches their hands while in the balcony lighting booth.
