Hummel Park
Omaha, NE 68112
Hummel Park was once known for its lynch mobs who would target African Americans long ago. This is rumored to be the reason as to why the trees all eerily lean to one side here. Witnesses have claimed to hear drums and howling wolves while in the area, and have spotted apparitions as well. According to local legend, this stems from a nearby Native American burial ground. Another spot here that has stories surrounding it is the stairway, which has been nicknamed the "Stairway to Hell." There are always more stairs to count while going up than going down, so they say.

Reviews
My father was the first to tell me about this very park and all it’s interesting ghost stories. He also told me it was once a Native American burial ground.
